Delivery Information 

Our design studio hours of operation are:

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Delivery hours typically extend beyond 5:00pm and we are open on Saturday for special requests or events.  Please contact Karrington Designs at (323)337-4466 if you need assistance with an order on Saturday.

Each of Karrington Designs’ orchid arrangements is made-to-order using the freshest and healthiest orchid plants available. We typically have a wide assortment of fresh orchids in stock and typically require 24 hours to complete and deliver the arrangement.  Seasonality sometimes affects our orchid availability and extra time may be required to produce and deliver your arrangement. In this case, you would be notified of the delay and given an estimated delivery day/window.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 11:00am-6:00pm.  If special circumstances require your delivery to be made outside of these timeframes, please contact Karrington Designs to make a request. 

Delivery Areas

For a delivery charge of $10.00, Karrington Designs delivers locally to the following areas: Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach which includes the following zip codes:  32082, 32204, 32205, 32207, 32210, 32216, 32217, 32224, 32225, 32233, 32246, 32250, 32256, 32257, 32266. Please note that delivery to the Nocatee area - zip code 32081 - can be arranged for a delivery fee of $15.00. Please note that we do not deliver to the following zip codes: 32050, 32068, 32222, 32006, 32003, 32041, 32065, 32067, 32073 or to Nassau County.  If your delivery location falls within any of these areas/zip codes, please contact Karrington Designs at kay@karringtondesigns.com or (323)337-4466 to inquire about possible delivery options and additional delivery fees.  Currently, we do not ship our arrangements outside of our delivery areas.
